Diving in head first...

While my title could rightly refer to my diving into the role of a food blogger with my diligence of taking pictures today.. it doesn't. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to start the first draft of a memorial I need to write for my Model UN team that is due this Saturday at midnight. This type of paper is VERY new to me and so I've decided to just dive right in since its only my first draft and fix what I need to later.
Anyway, shall we see some food?? I woke up really late for me today (9) and had to be at work at 10. So my breakfast wasn't as big as usual, but it was delicious.

Chobani greek yogurt, fiber one, and frozen raspberries. With an unpictured but greatly needed cup of coffee.
This didn't keep me full for too long because usually I'll eat an apple or toast with this, but I had neither at my disposal so I had to do without. Insert one more coffee in here once I got to work.
By the time 1 rolled around, I was ready to eat my arm. Instead, I settled for a bbq chicken pita, with an original laughing cow wedge, lettuce, tomato, and spicy mustard with a pickle and carrot slices on the side.

The picture I took at work was heinous, so I took a picture of most of the components of said lunch once I returned home.
Next came tea and popcorn.

So without further procrastination (i.e. blogging), I will tackle this memorial then whip up some dinner. After dinner I'm having friends over for our start of the new semester cookie party. I prepare a base dough and everyone brings a secret add in ingredient. Then we see who can come up with the tastiest cookie using any of the assembled ingredients.
Should be a good time, but I plan on keeping dinner light in order to leave room for judging!
Hopefully I'll return with plenty of pictures of the final products.
